It is applicable to a variety of crops. For fruit trees such as peaches, pears, apples, lychees, etc., spraying after the flowers wither can protect the fruits, and spraying from the young fruit stage to the expansion stage can promote expansion and sweetening. For melons and fruit vegetables such as watermelons, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc., spraying before flowering can promote fruit setting, and spraying from the young melon stage to the expansion stage can improve the quality. For leafy vegetables such as celery and Chinese cabbage, spraying during the peak growth period can make the stems and leaves tender and green, and the leaves thick.
It can be used as base fertilizer, top dressing, and seed fertilizer. When used as base fertilizer, apply 0.5 - 1 kg of boron fertilizer per mu, mix it with 10 - 15 kg of fine dry soil, and apply it in furrows or holes in the soil before sowing. Be careful not to let the boron fertilizer come into contact with the seeds. For foliar spraying, a 0.2% borax aqueous solution or a 0.1% boric acid aqueous solution can be used. The spraying periods vary for different crops. For example, rapeseed can be sprayed once in the late seedling stage, bolting stage, and flowering stage.
