Product Description

Product Description

The chemical formula of urea is CO(NH2)2, which is an organic compound. Pure urea is white, odorless, and tasteless. It is easily soluble in water and liquid ammonia, stable under normal temperature and pressure, and prone to transformation at high temperatures.
Urea is a fertilizer with the highest nitrogen content among solid nitrogen fertilizers, usually containing 46% nitrogen, and it can provide rich nitrogen nutrition for crops.Urea is an organic nitrogen fertilizer. After being applied to the soil, it can be absorbed and utilized by crops only after being hydrolyzed into ammonium carbonate or ammonium bicarbonate through the action of urease secreted by soil microorganisms. The hydrolysis rate is related to soil acidity, humidity, temperature, etc. When the moisture is appropriate, the higher the soil temperature, the faster the conversion.

Product Advantages
  • High nitrogen content: Urea contains approximately 46% nitrogen and is one of the solid nitrogen fertilizers with the highest nitrogen content. It can meet the nitrogen needs of plants with a relatively small amount, reducing transportation and storage costs.
  • Diverse application methods: It can be spread as granular fertilizer, or prepared into liquid solutions for irrigation or foliar spraying, adapting to different planting systems and application methods.

  • Low cost: Compared with other nitrogen fertilizers, the cost per unit of nitrogen in urea is usually lower, making it an affordable choice for farmers who pursue input efficiency.
  • Long - lasting fertilizer effect: After urea is applied to the soil, it needs to be decomposed and converted into ammonium - nitrogen by microorganisms before being absorbed by crops. The fertilizer effect is relatively slow, but the duration is long. It can provide a continuous supply of nitrogen to crops, helping to maintain the uniform growth of crops.

  • Rapid foliar absorption: Due to its high solubility and the ability to penetrate the leaf cuticle, it can be quickly absorbed by plants through foliar spraying, and can correct the nitrogen deficiency problem of crops in a short period.
  • Friendly to soil: Urea is a physiologically neutral fertilizer. It does not leave harmful substances in the soil. Long - term application has no destructive effect on the soil. The carbonic acid it contains also helps with carbon assimilation and the dissolution of insoluble phosphates for crop utilization.
Application
Agricultural-Grade Urea N46 Nitrogen Fertilizer
Soil types: It is especially suitable for sandy soil and can also be used for various soil types such as saline - alkaline soil. It has a certain effect on improving the soil structure and fertility of saline - alkaline land.
Crop types: It significantly increases the yield of rice under intermittent irrigation conditions. It is also applicable to various crops such as corn, sugarcane, vegetables, fruits, and fruit trees. For sulfur - deficient areas and sulfur - sensitive crops like cruciferous crops, it can better meet their growth requirements.
Agricultural-Grade Urea N46 Nitrogen Fertilizer
All crops that require more nitrogen are particularly suitable for:

  • leafy vegetables (such as lettuce and spinach, promoting thick leaves);
  • grain crops (such as wheat, rice, and corn, improving tillering and grain filling);
  • fruit trees (such as apples and citrus, applying nitrogen during the flowering and fruit expansion periods to reduce flower and fruit drop);
  • flowers (promoting lush foliage and more blooms).
Precautions
  • Try not to mix it with ammonium bicarbonate and alkaline fertilizers to avoid nitrogen volatilization and loss. It is recommended to apply it in furrows or holes instead of broadcasting to prevent nitrogen volatilization. When urea is used for foliar spraying, pay attention that the content of biuret, a by - component, must be less than 0.5% to avoid damaging the crops.
